Items are sold as is/where is.
10% buyer's premium is charged on top of all bid prices.
5.5% sales tax will be charged on all items.
4.0% convenience fee is charged on all credit card transactions.
Item Pickup will be in Hitchcock, SD. Miller/St. Lawrence and Sioux Falls pickup also available at a later date. Please call to arrange pickup at these locations.
Shipping is available, however ALL shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. $15 per box shipped handling fee will be charged. On single items purchases, we may be cheaper on the handling charge.
All invoices MUST be paid by Pickup Day, no exceptions.
If you are picking your items up in person, you must do so during the designated pickup times unless prior arrangements are made.

Bidder inspection is encouraged.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

Dacotah Diamond Auctions accepts cash and check for payment. Credit cards are accepted with a 4% convenience fee. Sales tax charged on all purchases. 10% buyers premium on all lots. Payment due by 7:00pm CST on 5/5/2019. Shipping will be determined on an individual basis, determined by shipping destination and items being shipped. All shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping / Pick Up
Shipping an be arranged by calling us. Shipping costs plus a $15 handling fee per box shipped will be charged to the buyer. On single-item purchases, we may be able to do the handling fee a bit cheaper. Pickup is to be done on pickup day. If you cannot make it, please call in advance and make prior arrangements. Pickup will be in Hitchcock, SD. We can also get items to Miller/St. Lawrence or Sioux Falls, SD at a later date.
