Auction Terms & Conditions Items are sold as is/where is.
$20 per gun transfer fee (payable to South Dakota Arms) will be charged for transfer of firearms. This only applies to Guns sold on this auction.
10% buyer's premium is charged on top of all bid prices.
6.5% sales tax will be charged.
4.0% convenience fee is charged on all credit card transactions.
Items are located in various locations in South Dakota. See induvidual lots for location.
Shipping is available, however ALL shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the winning bidder.
All invoices MUST be paid by 4-27-2019, no exceptions.
If you are picking your items up in person, you must do so during the designated pickup times unless prior arrangements are made.

Bidder inspection is encouraged.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

Dacotah Diamond Auctions accepts cash and check for payment. Credit cards are accepted with a 4% convenience fee. Sales tax charged on all purchases. 10% buyers premium on all lots. Payment due by 7:00pm CST on 4/25/2019. Shipping will be determined on an individual basis, determined by shipping destination and items being shipped. All shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping an be arranged by calling us. Shipping costs plus a $20 handling fee will be charged to the buyer on each gun. Other items will be charged $15 per box shipped. Pickup is to be done on pickup day. If you cannot make it, please call in advance and make prior arrangements.
