NOTE: All items 1-225 are located in Hitchcock, SD and can be picked up in Hitchcock or they can be delivered to Miller/St. Lawrence, SD OR Sioux Falls, SD. All lots after 225 show the item location in the description.

Auction Terms & Conditions Items are sold as is/where is.
10% buyer's premium is charged on top of all bid prices.
6.5% sales tax will be charged. on all items except farm equipment and vehicles. Farm Equipment will be charged 4.5% and vehicles will not be charged tax.
4.0% convenience fee is charged on all credit card transactions.
Items are located in various locations in South Dakota. See induvidual lots for location.
Shipping is available, however ALL shipping and handling fees will be the responsibility of the winning bidder.
All invoices MUST be paid on 1/5/2019, no exceptions.
If you are picking your items up in person, you must do so during the designated pickup times unless prior arrangements are made.

Dacotah Diamond Auctions accepts cash and check for payment. Credit cards are accepted with a 4% convenience fee. 6.5% sales tax charged on all purchases, except farm equipment and vehicles. Farm equipment is charged 4.5% in tax. 10% buyers premium on all lots. Payment due by 7:00pm CST on 1/5/2019. Shipping will be determined on an individual basis, determined by shipping destination and items being shipped. All shipping costs will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
